Chairman & CFO Positions Further Extend Senior Management

White Plains, NY, July 26, 2000 . . . PubEasy.com, the global business-to-business Internet service for the book industry announced today two new senior level executive appointments.

Joining the fast growing Internet service as Chairman is Thomas Paul. Tom has 30 years of senior management publishing experience, a significant amount of which has been as CEO of educational, reference and STM businesses within Prentice-Hall (Simon & Schuster) and The Thomson Corporation.  He is co-founder of InfoMedia Strategy Partners, a management consulting firm helping ".com" clients evolve their business strategy.

George Hisert III has also joined as Chief Financial Officer. George has 25 years of management experience with 16 of the 25 years in publishing.  His experience includes Executive VP Operations, CFO and CTO of a billion-dollar multi-national information company with 30 operating divisions.

PubEasy.com has grown rapidly, building its Affiliate base in the US and UK. In addition, PubEasy.com’s user base of booksellers around the world has also grown quickly with over 3500 booksellers from 95 countries registered and using the service.
