The PubEasy Management Team has deep knowledge and understanding of publishing, bookselling and Internet technology, allowing the company to provide superior solutions now and in the future.

Chairman - Thomas Paul. Tom has 30 years of senior management publishing experience, a significant amount of which has been as CEO of educational, reference and STM businesses within Prentice-Hall (Simon & Schuster) and The Thomson Corporation. He was co-founder of InfoMedia Strategy Partners, a management consulting firm helping ".com" clients evolve their business strategy.

Chief Executive Officer - Peter Clifton. Peter has 17 years of technology and publishing business experience with expertise in Internet, e-commerce, multi-media and software product and business development.  He has been a senior executive at Sega of America/Sega Soft, HarperCollins/NewsCorp and John Wiley & Sons prior to joining PubEasy in 1998.

Chief Financial Officer - George Hisert III.  George has 25 years of senior management experience with 16 of the 25 years in publishing. His experience includes Executive VP of Operations and CFO of a $1B multi-national information company with over 30 operating units worldwide and Chief Technology Officer for the Group.
