American International Distribution Corporation Is
Latest to Join Growing Pubeasy® Community

. . . American International Distribution Corporation (AIDC), the
Vermont-based book distribution company that distributes approximately
40,000 titles for nearly two dozen publishers, and PubEasy®, the
Internet inquiry and ordering service for the book industry, announced
today that AIDC has successfully launched a PubEasy website at http://pubeasy.books.aidcvt.com.
The PubEasy registered bookseller community is
growing fast with over 7,000 booksellers in 110 countries. AIDCs customersincluding Baker
& Taylor, Barnes & Noble, Amazon and Ingram, as well as
university, professional and scientific stores, libraries and collegescan
access the entire AIDC title database and inventory/fulfillment system
for price and availability information, order placement,
order tracking and access to e-Catalogs.
"As part of our e-business strategy, we
identified PubEasy as the best way to provide our customers with
self-service facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," said
